Job Summary

Tide Cleaners is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Valrico location. Must have mornings and some Saturdays. Must be friendly, energetic, have excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented and have proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
-Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car.
-Sort and examine garments, tagging those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment.
-Mark-In incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized system.
-Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs and/or questions.
-Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
-Follow Company’s protocol for new customer sign-up.
-General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
-Have a great attention to detail.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Lifting of up to 20-30 pounds of fabric.
