As a member of the Chick-fil-A Troy Team, all Team Members are responsible for creating a guest-centered environment. This begins by serving other members our our team with excellence. Therefore, all members of our team are expected to be willing to serve in each area of our restaurant in a manner that prioritizes our guest experience and upholds our team values.
Back of House Full-Time Team Members are responsible for serving our guests and our team with excellence. The day-to-day tasks may vary, but may include preparing and cooking food, following established food-safety procedures, some heavy lifting, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the following shift for success.
Back of House Part-Time Team Members should be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week including Saturdays.
Part time shifts will vary in hours, but may be scheduled any time from 5:30am-11:00pm depending on Team Member's availability.
