Restaurant Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities

Applicants will also be expected to be able to meet the following basic requirements:

Physical:
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
*Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours without a break.
*Must be able to work outside up to 3 hours.

Technical:
*Must be able to navigate online to access training.
*Must be comfortable with the operations of basic touch screen based computers.
*Must be able to read computer screens and monitors to gain information for customer service.

Behavioral:
*Must be able to work in a team oriented business with constantly changing business levels.
*Must have exceptional customer interaction skills.
*Must be able to work in an extremely busy setting while maintaining a gracious countenance.

Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.

*Full Time must be able to work up to 40 hrs/wk.
*Part Time must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs/wk.
*Days defined as shifts starting as early as 6:00am and ending as late as 4:00pm.
*Nights defined as shifts starting as early as 2:00pm and ending as late as 11:00pm.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
