Executive Pastry Chef. Leading the pasty department and coordinating the culinary expression with Executive Chef Josh Su. Leading the seasonal interpretations with your talent and recipes, for the entire restaurant and private dining events.

Full responsibility of the entire pastry department: high volumne production of great quality seasonal pastry offerings, ice cream and sorbet production, all recipes, staff development, recruitment and hiring, schedule of staff, food cost, labor cost, inspiring dessert menus, kitchen leadership, private dining events, operations, administration, onboarding, training and hiring of kitchen staff, public relation oportunities, and assisting our Executive Chef with the goals and objectives of the kitchen operations. Candidate should have 2 years leading a Pastry Department with moderate to high volume. Will lead a staff of 4-6.
