A Chick-fil-A Front of House Team Member performs guest services like opening doors, greeting guest, and answering their questions. Front of House Team Members are also responsible for meal assembly. We meticulously place each item while assembling meals to ensure the highest quality food is delivered to our guests. Front of House Team Members take orders in several different ways. We provide our guests with the option to place their order through our drive-thru system (rather through our menu board or face to face with a team member outside), our CFA app, or through third party services like DoorDash and GrubHub. Front of House Team Members also deliver the meals directly to our guests vehicles.
