We seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant to report directly to the CEO.
The right candidate should be a self-starter, with a servants heart, to ensure everything runs smoothly in both personal and professional aspects of the CEO’s day to day routine.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:
* devising and maintaining office systems
* arranging travel, accommodations
* screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
* organizing and maintaining schedule, calendars and making appointments;
* dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
* taking dictation and minutes;
* producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
* organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings;
* liaising with clients, suppliers, restaurants and other executives
* running personal errands
* Professional appearance
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Extreme attention to detail
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time with little need for direction
* Easily adapt to changes that occur in the industry and office environment
* Act as CEOs first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
