Requirements/Responsibilities
Our Servers are required to:
* Learn the ACFP menu to answer guests’ questions and make suggestions
* Have knowledge of alcoholic service laws and standards, RAMP Certification will be required after hiring
* Be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state mandated guidelines
* Have a good knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
* Be able to work in a standing position throughout their shift
* Maintain a great attitude and smile throughout their shift
* Be able to operate a point-of-sale system
* Be able to safely lift up to 30 pounds
* Practice high sanitary standards, including washing hands frequently
