Requirements/Responsibilities
As a BOH Team Member, you will:
* Cook and prepare guests orders
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
* Observe & abide by health, sanitation, safety guidelines
* Communicate efficiently with fellow team members
* Take ownership of food safety and food quality
* Ensure each guest leaves with a smile
* Fulfill other duties assigned

Our team members must be available on a variety of weekdays and on Saturday. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest people.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to work until 11pm
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
* Able to work while standing for moderate to long durations
* Must have a reliable source of transportation
* Friday/Saturday availability
* Ability to handle all company equipment, supplies, pans, pots with care
* Attentive and courteous
* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
* Ability to multitask and remain composed
* Ability to lift minimum 20 lbs
