As a member of the Chick-fil-A Troy Team, all Team Members are responsible for creating a guest-centered environment. Prep Full-Time Team Members are responsible for serving our guests and our team with excellence. The day-to-day task may vary, but may include washing and preparing produce, following specific recipes to make all Prep food items (ie. wraps, fruit cups, etc.), using slicers and knives, following established food-safety procedures, some heavy lifting, washing dishes, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the following shift for success. This position also requires Team Members to be self-driven, with excellent time-management skills and personal integrity.
Prep Full-Time Team Members should be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Typical full-time shifts might be 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm, but specific hours can be flexible.
