Marketing and Sales Manager is a full time opportunity with competitive benefits.

Prior experience in a leadership capacity which includes marketing and catering sales in the restaurant, retail, and or food industry will add to your success in this role.
The Marketing and Sales Manager responsibilities include:

-Building our Chick-fil-A First Street Brand presence in our Community
-Growing our Catering Business Sales Channel
-ServSafe Food Manager's Certification
-Ensuring that Food Safety and Quality standards are met
-Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.
-Celebrate team and business accomplishment milestones
-Create and maintain an annual marketing sales budget
-Guest engagement through social media platforms

The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT collaboration and communication skills.

-Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree /Military leadership experience
-3 years of Leadership Experience
-Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation
-Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies
-Social Media content creator
-Proven Marketing and Sale Portfolio
-Strong written skills
-Self Motivated
-Catering Sales experience
-Open availability
