The Front of House position is responsible for ensuring that guests experience outstanding service during all hours of the day. This position is responsible for creating a perfect Chick-fil-A atmosphere that upholds the brand’s standards.
The Back of House position is responsible for ensuring food is safely and correctly prepared and creating a perfect Chick-fil-A product.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED minimum (required)
Availability
• Between the hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Monday through Saturday
• Available at minimum 25 hours a week
Physical Requirements
• Standing for long periods of time
• Kneeling and Bending
• Lifting heavy objects
• Working outdoors is required
Other Requirements
• Maintain a positive attitude and a positive environment
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask
• MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE
• Good references are required
• Keeping the reputation of the brand
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
