Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks, ensuring adequate staffing for peak hours
• Manage inventory and ordering to keep stock levels optimized and minimize waste
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain quality control and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with marketing efforts and special promotions to attract and retain guests
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, fostering professional growth
• Report to cafe ownership on performance metrics, customer feedback, and any operational needs

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software, inventory systems, and POS systems
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
