Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant kitchen.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and industry best practices.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
* In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
* A culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
