Server candidates should satisfy the following criteria:

- At least 4 years experience working in fine dining restaurants
- A warm and outgoing personality and a passion for our industry
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A good understanding of regional Northern Californian Cuisine
- A deep understanding of wine
- The desire and ability to work well with others
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Aloha
- Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
- The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
