The Kitchen Lead is responsible for:

* Closing the kitchen to company standards
* Coordinating kitchen operations with Operational Lead or Director
* Ensuring food safety and food quality standards are met
* Meeting and exceeding food cost, labor and sales goals
* Create systems to solve problems daily
* Committed to growing our store through speed of service, customer satisfaction, and cleanliness
* Passionate about personal growth and growing other leaders and team members
* Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in addition to in-store and catering food preparation experience.

* 1-2 year of Leadership Experience
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
* Passion for Chick-fil-A values
* Afternoon availability till close (11 pm)
* Ability to lead others
* Passionate about serving others
* Able to work while standing for moderate to long durations
* Chick-fil-A experience preferred

The Kitchen Lead position is a full time opportunity which offers benefits.

Prior experience as a restaurant manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, kitchen manager, shift lead, restaurant assistant, and/or general manager will be very helpful to your success at this job.
