• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which include, but are not limited to, standing for up to 9+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Must have a positive and genuine attitude and be respectful of others
• Customer service-oriented and able to anticipate guests’ needs

• Adherence to all Chick-fil-A Des Peres & West County Center policies, procedures, and standards of operations
• Available at least 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Complete food safety training; uphold all relevant procedures and standards
• Fulfills food preparation duties and ensures that all food items on menu are prepared and available for service at all times
• Unload shipment of foods and supplies and place in designated areas as assigned
• Ensuring accurate and quick food delivery
• Maintains highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Facilitating a clean/food safe environment

Flexible Hours:

We offer flexible hours to ensure that our Team Members are able to honor their commitments to their families, friends, schools, interest groups or sports teams.

Closed Sundays:

Chick-fil-A restaurants remain closed on Sundays to allow our restaurant Operators and their Team Members to enjoy a day of rest and be with their families and loved ones.
