We are looking for full-time/part-time Team Members (Kitchen and Drive Thru/Front Counter) to join the Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush team and help us live out our vision to "surprise every guest by joy at our quality, courtesy, and quickness."
If you're friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy serving customers, we want you on our team!
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Being a member of Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know! Prior kitchen and restaurant experience is a plus.

Requirements
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must have a sense of urgency and work well under pressure
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 4 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length
- 1+ years of kitchen experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties, Kitchen
- Serve as the heart of Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush by preparing and presenting hot and cold food items, paying special attention to quality and food safety.
- Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant—inside and out.
- Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals.
- As a member of the team, roles may include any of the restaurant areas including drive through, dining room, food prep, assembly and cooking including produce, raw, cold & hot breakfast/lunch/dinner products, equipment maintenance, putting away inventory, or monitoring and preventing waste.
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and leadership.
Job Duties, Drive Thru/Front Counter
- Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests
- Greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in drive-thru or front counter, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that each guest has a memorable, personalized experience
- Responsibly manage and maintain inventory and equipment, keeping products and supplies stocked
- Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals
- Communicates effectively with kitchen concerning guest needs and with guests concerning wait times
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, and impeccably clean restaurant, observing health and sanitation guidelines by mopping, sweeping floors, removing the trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the dining room, parking lot and restrooms clean
