-Train, Coach, and Lead our 50-100 team members
-Integrate technology to create, execute, and maintain our standard operations procedures (SOPs)
-Create and maintain a Caring work Culture
-Connect and Communicate Effectively with Others

Requirements/Responsibilities
The Restaurant Operations Manager responsibilities include:
-The Restaurant's Daily Operations
-ServSafe Food Manager's Certification
-Ensuring that Food Safety and Quality standards are met
-Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.
The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT collaboration and communication skills.
-Bachelor's Degree and/or an Associate's degree/Military leadership experience
-2 years of Leadership Experience
-Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation
-Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies
-Open availability
