Requirements/Responsibilities
Skills necessary for this position include:
*Work a minimum of 40 hours per week (paid hourly- pay will be discussed during the interview process)
*Availability to open & close the restaurant with closing being at least 2-3 days per week
*Prior Restaurant Leadership experience
*Passion for developing people and possess strong leadership skills
*Strategic thinker, Goal-oriented, Hardworking
*Great communicator both in handling difficult situation and a diverse team
*Understand the fundamentals of every position in the kitchen
*Mature and dependable
*Outgoing/friendly/patient
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Results-oriented but valuing Relationships equally
*Effectively coach and give direction
*Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Kitchen team
