FOH Team Member, Customer Service Requirements & Responsibilities
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

As a Front of House Team Member your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and serving guests using the CORE 4 model
* Maintaining personal knowledge of the Chick-Fil-A brand and menu items
* Taking orders with speed and accuracy in the Drive-Thru
* Preparing and packaging food orders for catering and in-store orders
* Following sanitation and safety procedures
* Working with fellow team members to ensure guest satisfaction
* Modeling and supporting clear communication between all areas of the restaurant.
