Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and help ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.
This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to grow into higher-level management positions. This is an in-person position.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales performance and meet revenue goals
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Address customer concerns quickly and professionally
* Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
* Assist with inventory management and merchandising
* Maintain accurate records and daily reports
* Reconcile transactions and manage cash handling processes
* Help implement local marketing and promotional initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
* Support overall store operations and team performance
Training & Development
You’ll receive hands-on training and be cross-trained in all aspects of store operations, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the company.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to resolve customer concerns and handle conflict professionally
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to learn and effectively use point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Professional appearance and conduct
* Reliable with consistent attendance, including evenings and weekends as needed
* Must meet eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle (including driving record and insurability requirements)
Education & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a customer-focused environment
* Experience in account management, merchandising, or Rent-to-Own industry is a plus
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise using equipment (items may weigh up to 300 lbs with assistance)
* Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
* Ability to navigate stairs while handling furniture, appliances, and electronics
* Comfortable with extended periods of standing and driving
* Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
