The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supporting the GM with all Back of the House operational aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supervising all Kitchen Staff
* Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
* Optimizing profits by controlling food cost, production, waste, and labor
* Conduct inventory and ordering
* Training and developing all kitchen team members
* Upholds all company standards and procedures by ensuring Uncompromising Food Quality, speed of service, and food preparation is always flawless
* Open to learn the front of the house position

Prior experience as restaurant manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager or any other restaurant management functions highly desirable.
