Description
The Service Coordinator’s primary accountability is to perform service warranty work on Company owned merchandise. The Service Coordinator is required to perform service work as well as exercise proper judgement regarding the cost of repair versus the merchandise remaining value. The Service Coordinator is expected to uphold certifications to do warranty work.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Produce Quality Repairs: Produce quality service repairs to existing Company owned merchandise. Exercises proper judgement in comparing the cost of repair and the remaining value of merchandise to be serviced.

Communication: Effectively communicates the status of the service claim to management. The Service Coordinator must stay in contact with both the service provider as well as management.

Asset Maintenance: Ensures all warranty work is claimed and received from product manufacturers.

Backroom Cleanliness: Assists in maintaining clean products as well as a clean and organized workspace.

Warranty Certifications: Ensure all certifications to do warranty work are upheld and in good standing.
