Responsibilities:

* Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
* Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
* Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
* Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
* Taking orders with speed and accuracy
* Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window
* Checking for product quality and consistency
* Assist leadership in executing closing procedures
* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
