We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our team at our Chastain Square location. This is not your typical fast-food job, here at Chick-fil-A Chastain Square, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy, and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. Position Type:
• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Shifts between 5:30am-11:00pm
Requirements:
• Must be 18 or older.
• Available to work 30+ hours a week. Monday-Saturday (We are closed on Sunday).
• No restaurant experience is necessary
• Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Responsibilities:
• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say my pleasure
• Willingness to assist the team when needed.
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
