Must
* Be 18 years or older
* Valid drivers license
*submit to a background check
*possibly provide driving record from DPS

The Operator-Led Delivery Driver should have:

*Time Management Skills (able to arrive to restaurant and destination on-time)
*Interpersonal Communication Skills (able to give the Chick-fil-A experience to all guests, *even outside the restaurant)
*Task Management Skills (able to balance multiple priorities and execute with excellence)
*Follow all Safety and Security procedures in the event of an issue.
*Kindly handle all customer comments and complaints using the HEARD model
*Be able to Multitask and see the “big picture”
*Demonstrate Second Mile Service
*Make decisions based on what is best for the restaurant, not the individual
*Treat others with Honor, Dignity, and Respect
*Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
