Requirements/Responsibilities
Shift Leader Responsibilities Include:
* Opening or Closing the restaurant (hours of operation are 6am to 10pm)
* Participating operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Run the shift and make real-time decisions for the business.
* Hold the team accountable to stay true to customer service expectations and standards.
* Ensure each guest is cared for and any situations are immediately resolved.
* Assist in training of new hires and act as a role model for our team.
* Counting Drawers and handling courier pick-up.
* Excellent Communication Skills, both written and spoken.
* Uphold the vision of the Owner/Operator.
* Fully understand procedures and policies to hold team members accountable.
Required Skills/Criteria:
* Able to lift more than 25lbs
* Able to stand for long hours.
* Receives feedback well.
* Punctuality and great attendance.
* Problem solving skills.
* Able to use a computer and tablet.
* Able to handle confrontation in a professional manner.
* Able to multi-task efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
* Time management skills.
* Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Great memory and organization skills.
* Interest in business and/or studying a similar field.
* Prior experience as a leader in a restaurant or similar setting.
