Chick-fil-A of Dumfries is a rapidly growing, fast-paced, all hands-on deck environment. This job can be very high demanding, but we have a great team that supports each other that serves our guests every day. Our Vision is to be Dumfries first choice in community partnership, fresh food, and genuine hospitality by providing fast, accurate, world-class service.
We are currently seeking more people to join our team. We are looking for candidates who:
- Are age 18 or older
- Can manage high stress levels
- Can work as a team or alone
- Can be in tight areas with others
- Can multi-task
- Can take accountability
- Won’t be scared to get their hands dirty
- Can take constructive feedback well
- Can work Saturdays
- Can open, close, or work a mid-shift
- Can be on their feet for 5+ hours in a day
- Can work outside with no issues
- Can be honest and trustworthy
- Can follow policies and procedures well
