Restaurant Managers must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Restaurant Manager serves on the executive leadership team, reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of a specific area of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

Pay Type: Up to $20/hour

Required Qualifications:
2 years of relevant Management Experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
Basic have iPad and computer competency
Must have Open Availability Monday-Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, develop, mentor, coach, and provide accountability to the Team Leaders and Team Members
Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Director with proper documentation, and reports serious violations or safety concerns to the Director of Operations
Conducts one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders and Team Members to invest in, develop, and grow the leadership team
Implements new ideas to that improve the guest experience & Operational Excellence
Evaluates and provides accountability for all employees through consistent training
Aligning daily practices of the area of the restaurant the Director oversees with the vision of the Owner/Operator
Maintains all equipment, and places orders when needed
Motivates the team by sharing data, customer comments, and creating contests
Conducts meetings and performance reviews with direct reports
Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Has a full understanding of other management positions in the restaurant to be able to step in when necessary
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
