Responsibilities:       
 Follow and enforce proper procedures for preparing food
o Enforce and follow holding times and use of date labels
 Follow and enforce proper Pathway procedures for preparing food items
 Visit cfahome.com weekly to stay up to date on any product recalls or new procedures
 Oversee and enforce daily Produce Vendor check-in and quality inspections
o Verify both quality & quantity of produce
o Periodically weigh cases
 Ensure the daily tracking and management of Waste through InFORM
o Use sales mix interval report for keeping kanbans current and reducing waste
o Enforce and demonstrate the use of a scale at ALL times
 Oversee and verify the daily completion of Prep Checklist
 Identify, develop, lead, & hold accountable designated prep team members
 Stay up to date on all rollouts, procedures, and best practices
