Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements and responsibilities include, but limited to:

• Quality – in both food and service
• Execute with regard to vision, mission and embody the core values
• Speed and Urgency
• Accuracy
• Tasks during operations (positions, stock, preparing)
• Catering & Outside sales
• Customer Experience and perception

-ServSafe certification, knowledge and execution
-Attend inspections scheduled by third party vendors
-Interviewing, recruiting, selecting and terminating team members w/ necessary --
documentation
-Coach current leaders
-Labor Scheduling
-Inventory systems
-Equipment knowledge(maintenance and cleaning)
-Executing set-up and running shifts
-Minor Labor Laws
-Understanding of Workman’s Comp and other essential HR policies
-Ordering and Receiving truck orders
