Responsible for ADP sales and growth;
growth of catering sales, development of additional catering distribution points, growth of guest app engagement, participation in community engagement and events. You are the brand ambassador for the guests, the community and the team. You can cast vision and achieve results in demonstrating Care while growing an our strategic sales channels.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes;

-prior sales and/or marketing experience; restaurant experience a plus
-a proven track record of sales success and/or cold calling success; experience in leading growth of delivery or catering services a plus
-out-going, friendly, positive, possess a "can-do" attitude, work well both independently and with project oversight and as a team collaborator; willing to be flexible in expanding responsibilities/ willing to "roll your sleeves up" and pitch in
-a self-starter who is highly motivated to be successful; professional and highly organized
-flexible in availability to meet the demand of hosting events; will require some evenings, weekends and holidays
-innovative and flexible mindset; a pacesetter
-bi- or multi-lingual a plus (English/Spanish, Portuguese) preferred.
-Bachelors Degree required
