Pay Type: $12-$15/hr based on availability

Position Type:

Part-Time or Full-Time, must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week

Requirements:
Must be 16 or older
Must meet minimum shift requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:
Maintain personal knowledge and skills by completing in-house training and working in all kitchen positions.
Prepare prepped “cold” menu items, including wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays efficiently and according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment at all times.
Keep up-to-date with new products and menu changes.
Prepare fresh lemonade.
Wash dishes and put them away in a timely manner.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
