Buddy’s Home Furnishings is the third-largest Rent-to-Own (RTO) retailer in the U.S., offering furniture, appliances, electronics, and computers. We are seeking a Sales Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. This role works closely with the General Manager and Credit Manager and serves as a key leader within the store.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth by acquiring and retaining customers

Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve concerns quickly

Execute in-store sales and marketing initiatives

Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and performance goals

Prepare, review, and analyze daily and monthly store reports

Maintain accurate financial, inventory, and operational records

Manage inventory and cash assets

Create work schedules, assign tasks, and enforce company policies

Reconcile daily transactions and ensure operational accuracy

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
