Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Growth

Acquire and retain customers to meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Implement sales, marketing, and growth plans in alignment with corporate strategy
Follow monthly marketing plans and promotional programs

Store Operations

Manage inventory, cash assets, and merchandise availability
Maintain company vehicles to safe operating standards
Ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and associates
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for corporate submission
Decipher, prepare, and review financial statements and store reports

People Leadership

Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates
Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks
Conduct weekly staff meetings and set performance goals
Evaluate employee performance and enforce company policies
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations


Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing, or management — or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a customer service, account management, or merchandising environment
Must be 21 or older to operate a company vehicle (insurance requirement)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills


Physical Requirements
This role involves regular physical activity, including:

Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50–300 lbs) using a dolly
Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
Navigating multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
Prolonged periods of driving and standing
Working in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions


Additional Information

This is a fully in-person position at the specified store location. Remote work is not available.
A thorough background check — including driving history — and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
