Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive overall performance. In this role, you’ll oversee sales, customer experience, team development, and operational efficiency to ensure a successful and profitable location.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for store performance and team success. This is an in-person position.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage all aspects of store operations
* Drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals
* Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
* Create a positive, high-performing team environment
* Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service
* Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
* Review financial reports and monitor store performance
* Implement local marketing and growth strategies
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment

Requirements
* Previous retail or store management experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with sales, customer service, and team development
* Must meet eligibility requirements to operate company vehicles (including driving record requirements)

* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field preferred
* Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
* At least 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a customer-focused environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Must meet eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle (including driving record requirements)

Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise using equipment (items may weigh up to 300 lbs with assistance)
* Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
* Ability to navigate stairs while handling furniture, appliances, and electronics
* Comfortable with extended periods of standing and driving
* Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
