Key Responsibilities

Learn and become proficient in all aspects of store operations
Acquire, manage, and retain customer accounts
Deliver exceptional in-store and in-home customer service
Perform in-home product delivery and setup
Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets
Assist with inventory management and loss prevention
Support account management and collections processes


Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 21 or older to operate a company vehicle (insurance requirement)
No prior management experience required — full training is provided


Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role that includes:

Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50–300 lbs) using a dolly
Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
Navigating multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
Prolonged periods of driving and standing
Working in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions


Additional Information

This is a fully in-person position at the specified store location. Remote work is not available.
A thorough background check — including driving history — and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
