Power Of Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. This full-time hybrid role is responsible for payroll administration, compliance, and coordination with HR and accounting to ensure payroll accuracy in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment.

Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and pay adjustments
Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits data
Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Support payroll tax filings, audits, and reconciliations
Generate payroll reports and assist with financial documentation
Coordinate with HR and accounting teams as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping software
Understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong organizational and communication skills
