We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM).

ASMs sell memberships, manage our location, provide customer service, and conduct closing sales at our Light Lounge location. This position provides an exciting opportunity to participate in the provision of the latest innovation in wellness technology.

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.

* Maintaining the studio at all times: Cleaning the studio & pod rooms, bathrooms, lobby, front windows, etc. Ensuring all oils, towels, music, and other client needs are stocked, tiddy and operating.
* Delivering a “wow” experience with current clients and prospects via phone, email, web forms, reviews, social media, events, etc.
* Scheduling members and clients in our scheduling system.
* Selling memberships and packages to prospects who come in for trial sessions.
* Using our scheduling point of sale system as well as our customer relationship management system.
* Supporting the Studio Manager and Franchisee with all studio and client needs.

Assistant Studio Manager is offered as a part time sales and management job.
Skills Required
* A passion for health and wellness.
* Excitement to learn about red light therapy and how it can benefit our clients and prospects.
* Motivation to work independently and efficiently.
* Able to execute daily studio checklists and perform regular studio tasks.
* Confidence with opening and closing the studio once trained and given the tools to do so.

Hours & Compensation
* This position will start with approximately 15-20 hours per week with an opportunity for additional hours.
* Must be willing and able to work weekends.
* Must be willing to work evenings when needed.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: studio manager, sales manager, membership counselor, membership manager job at LA Fitness, Equinox, Orangetheory, 24 hour fitness, crunch, Golds Gym.
