We are looking for a driven Chiropractic Assistant / Therapy Tech to join our team.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Potential performance bonus after your 90-day ramp-up. Training starts in our Fort Pierce office; ongoing schedule will likely be at our PSL location (or split between both, as needed)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Run the therapy floor like a pro: set up and explain muscle-stim, laser, decompression, and exercise stations so patients stay engaged — and on schedule

* Educate & inspire: teach patients (in everyday language) why each therapy matters and suggest other services that can speed their results

* Keep spotless records: document visits in ChiroTouch and help the team spot bottlenecks or missed appointments

* Jump in where needed: from vitals to front-desk check-ins and occasional community events, you’re a true team player

* Keep the flow of the floor running smoothly. Identify logjams and use your multitasking and quick-thinking to implement work-arounds when needed, always ensuring you are calm under pressure and continuously giving the patients the 5 star treatment the deserve.

* Engage the patients, ask for testimonies and google reviews. You'll likely become their favorite part of their visits to LWW!
