All members of our Leadership Team work closely with our Executive Director to ensure all aspects of the restaurant work effectively and efficiently. Oversight of critical processes like food quality, training, coaching, and inventory are involved, as well as providing exceptional guest service at all times. Our restaurant is a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Prior experience in some supervisory capacity is necessary. Experience as a Kitchen Manager, FOH Manager, Shift Leader, or other Restaurant Manager is also preferred, but not required. We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Restaurant Director / Manager / Team Lead
Responsibilities Include:
* Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Inspire others to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
* Offer immediate/respectful response to guest needs.
* Assist in the training of new hires
* Lead by example / set the tone for each shift.
* Be a friendly and encouraging team player.
* Open and/or close restaurant.
* Key holder.
* Count drawers and finalize day.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
