About the Position:

Provide a "REMARKable" and “MEMORable” experience with each of our guests. Our restaurant is looking for a Hospitality Professional that attends to our dining room with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests. The ideal candidate for this position is engaging, has high-level people skills, the ability to multitask, and uses our CORE 4 model to serve guests: making eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected. At least one year of hospitality experience required.

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Refreshing guest’s beverages.
• Having a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and the ability to assist
guests by providing order recommendations.
• Cleaning each table after guests are finished with their meal.
• Restocking all items available to guests in the dining room area.
• Cleaning up any dropped food or spilled drinks.
• Ensuring a clean and visually appealing dining space for our guests by cleaning the
floors, changing the trash, and straightening any tables or decorations moved by
• Maximize guest satisfaction and increase repeat customers.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Availability Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is available Monday through Saturday from 10:30am to 8:00pm.
• Part-time and full-time positions are available, but full-time is preferred.
