Description
The Marketing Leader position will serve in a team leader capacity with the main focus being on marketing, catering, and outside sales. This unique role will also work side by side on the floor in Operations. This position requires commitment to the vision of the Operator concerning the business direction related to marketing and catering operations and results. We envision this leader to be an ambassador for Chick-fil-A Oxford Valley Road both in the restaurant, but also out in the community. This leader must be able to demonstrate creativity and marketing strengths with the strong ability to think strategically in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions. In addition, this leader must be able to implement the store vision, mission, & values.

Events:
Family Nights: Planning, Prepping, Activating
Cow Appearances: Community Events, Schools, Maintain Costumes
Special Events: Date Nights, Military Appreciation, etc.
Spirit Days: Setup & Tracking

Catering & Outside Sales:
Sales Generation: Fundraisers, Business, ADPs, Food Service Trailer
Training new Team Members on catering
Vehicle Maintenance: Fuel, Cleanliness, Oil Change, Mileage Tracking
Deliveries: Prepare, Execute, Maintain Equipment
Pick Up - Prepare & Execute (when in Store)
