Position Type:

Part-Time or Full-Time, must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
Shift working until 9:00 pm on weeknights, 10:00 pm on weekends

Requirements:
Must be 16 or older
Must meet minimum shift requirements
Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Customer Service-oriented, Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:
Willingness to assist in all stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window.
Demonstrate a positive and servant's heart attitude with every customer and team interaction.
Utilize the CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
Take orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive-thru.
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
Deliver orders to dine-in customers in the dining room and to mobile order customers in the parking lot.
Ensure product quality and consistency.
Assist leadership in completing daily checklists.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
