Position Overview
Our Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future leaders within our stores. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, including sales, customer service, operations, and account management.
Most of our store managers started in this role — making it a strong entry point for long-term growth within the company.
This is a fully in-person position.

What You’ll Do
* Learn all aspects of store operations through hands-on training
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Drive sales and meet performance goals
* Manage customer accounts and payment activity
* Assist with inventory management and merchandising
* Support in-home delivery and product setup
* Provide excellent customer service in-store and during deliveries
