A warm and inviting gastro-lounge, Roots & Rye specializes in whiskey-based cocktails and a progressive American menu. The 6,384-square-foot restaurant will feature stylish, comfortable seating, communal table options and an inviting patio, in addition to an open kitchen and an expansive whiskey collection behind the bar. The owner is Chris Yeo, who also owns Straits and Sino on The Row. Roots & Rye will be located in Park Valencia, next door to Maggiano’s Little Italy.
