Jahan Farin, the principal designer of the company, started his career in 1979. He found himself at home with kitchen design and cabinet manufacturing. During his career he gained much experience by working with many great architects. In 1998, on the encouragement of clients and associates, he established Paradigm Design Solutions.

The foundation of his company is built on Jahan's desire and ability to connect all the parties concerned in a project: the client, the architect, and the general contractor. By ensuring that all the elements are in harmony, Jahan helps to create a common functionality and purpose.
