Description
Cook $18-$20/hr. + Tips $4 - $5/hr avg (Totaling $22 - $25)
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Responsible for bulk cooking projects
Set up kitchen for service
Responsible for prep and production of batch projects
Overseeing kitchen staff
Execution of daily prep list
Fabricating and cooking proteins
Soups and sauces
Various dressings and side dishes
Creating daily dinner specials
Tips are included in wages (on check)
Required to help line with service as needed.
Job also includes:
Placing orders
Putting away deliveries
Line cooking
Uphold standards in sanitation
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

5 yrs minimum kitchen line work
2 yr minimum supervisory experience
Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts!
Excellent customer service skills,

Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen
