The Back of House Shift Leader role is offered as a part-time or full-time position. Shift Leaders must be available a minimum of 4 days per week. Typically shifts are as follows: 2-10:45 PM, 3-10:45 PM, or 5-10:45 PM.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or restaurant manager would prove to be very helpful. But it is not required. A training program for this role will be thorough and we will patiently take you through it over the course of 2-3 months. Opportunities beyond the shift lead role will can be pursued as well in time depending on your personal growth, leadership capacity, and ability.

Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities Include:
* Participating operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Build relationships and encourage team members as you lead them to stay true to our Quality Requirements.
* Instill a culture of Food Safety among all Back of House team members.
* Lead our team to always go above & beyond for guests.
* Assist in training of new hires.
*. Teach the business to team members, helping them steadily improve in their various roles.
* Set the tone for your shift and make sure your team is organized.
* Be a positive example, role model, and a team player.
* Be available to lead & close shifts.
* Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with the team.
