The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.

Front of House Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities

*Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

*Deliver phenomenal guest experiences to all of our guests.

*Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.

*Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.

*Take orders on registers, providing correct change and accurate orders to guests.

*Quickly expedite and deliver food with 100% order accuracy.

*Keep all condiments, cups, drinks, desserts, and other stations stocked.

*Maintain clean working environment and follow strict adherence to Food Safety procedures.

*Follow Chick-fil-A brand procedures to ensure Operational Excellence.



Job Qualifications:

*Be able and willing to work 8 to 30 hours a week.

*Customer service oriented.

*Be available to work early morning and/or late evening hours.

*Strong interpersonal skills.

*Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.

*Be detail orientated.

*Be self-motivated.

*Able to multitask.

*Work well independently and in a team environment.

*Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
